I am the second owner. I had the 100k mile service done, have new Michelin Defender tires (plus a full size spare), and just had all new brake pads and new front rotors put on. There is nothing else to be done until 170k miles, which is a minor service point.If you are looking for a reliable, AWD, family car that is loaded with great features, this is a great option.
