What does your inspection cover?

- Our standard inspection report contains the information about the body condition;
paint, scratches, rust, wheels and tires, glasses, car-saloon, missing spare parts,
oil leaking;electric equipment, drivability.The car will be test-drived and
transmission and engine will be checked.

What qualification have your inspectors?

- All inspectors have wide experience in auto business or they are mechanics
with the ASE certificate.

Do you use diagnostic equipment during the auto inspection?

- The inspection is carried out of the auto shop, that’s why inspectors can’t use the specific
diagnostic equipment.

Do you use the vehicle lift during inspection?

- For the convenience of our clients we carry out an inspection at the place of the car location,
that’s why an inspector has no possibility to use vehicle lift.

Could you send me a sample of the inspection report?

-The inspection report form is being filled in by our inspectors at the website and after that is available
for clients. At our website you can find samples of the inspection reports.

Will the inspector be able to call me from the inspection place?

- Unfortunately, the inspector can’t call you from the inspection place. You can see the inspection report
at our web-site on the next day after the inspection.

How soon can I receive the inspection report?

- The inspector will be appointed, after your payment has been received. The inspector gets in touch
with the seller during 48 hours and makes the appointment for an inspection. The inspection time depends
on the car’s owner in many cases.

Do you make an inspection on weekends?

- The inspectors process your orders on working days from Monday to Friday. All the orders
have been received on weekends are to be processed on Monday. Currently we don’t work
during the weekend.

Do you provide guarantee for inspection?

- We don’t provide guarantee, while the inspector makes inspection of assembled car and
can’t see the parts inside of the transmission and the engine.

Does your inspector examine car documents?

-The inspection doesn’t include the documents examination, only a visual control of the car.

How can I cancel my order?

- If you cancel your order before our inspector has begun to work on your order,
AUTOINSPECT.US will return to you your payment, deducting $50 for processing.
If you want to change your order after our inspector has inspected the car,
your payment can’t be returned to you. If our inspector comes to the seller and
he doesn’t have this car, you should pay full amount for an inspection,
if the inspector has made an appointment with the seller. This position
guarantees the payment to the inspector for his spent time.

What happens if your inspector is unable to test-drive the car?

- Inspector will ask the seller to drive and observe as a passenger, if he doesn't allow us to
do that, then clearly there is nothing more we can do. Of course, we will let you know
that we were unable to perform that part of the inspection and you'll have to take that
into consideration when you decide whether to or not purchase that particular vehicle.
